问答题
This morning, Mr. Stephen received a letter complaining about wrong goods from Mr. Leon, market manager of Australia Import and Export Textile Company. The letter is as follows:
November 11
Dear Mr. Stephen,
Our Order No. 123 per S/S “Prince”
Thank you for your prompt execution of our order. We have duly received the documents and taken delivery of the goods on arrival of steamship “Prince” at Sydney.
Unfortunately when we opened the goods, we found five cartoons contained completely different articles, and we presume that these goods were for another order. Besides, two cartoons were wet, so the goods badly damaged and they could not be sold at all.
As the goods we ordered are greatly needed by our customers, we have Ask you to arrange for the dispatch of replacements at once.
We would be appreciated if you could check this matter promptly. We are looking forward to receiving your early reply.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Leon
Market Manager
Now, Mr. Stephen asks Mabel to write a reply letter for him.
Supposing you are Mabel, how do you finish the task assigned to you?
